When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours on a working day and then handed over to our delivery partners; estimated delivery timelines for your pincode are shared on your tracking link.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a live tracking link; tracking may take a short while to refresh after the shipment is created.

Are there delivery charges?

Shipping is complimentary pan-India on all orders.

Can I update my address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, write to support@tourostudio.com with your order ID and updated details and our team will assist where possible; after dispatch, the address cannot be changed.

Do you offer Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on select pincodes and order values as indicated at checkout; a non‑refundable COD fee or percentage may apply for this service.

My payment went through but I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should Ido?

Please check your Promotions and Spam folders first; if you still don’t see an order confirmation within a reasonable time, contact support@tourostudio.com with your name and payment reference so the team can review it.

Will sold‑out pieces come back?

Many Touro pieces are released in considered, limited batches; some may be restocked, while others will not return once sold out. Where restocks are planned, you’ll see a “notify me” option on the product page.

Do you have a physical store?

Touro currently operates online; any future offline experiences or pop‑ups will be announced on the website and official channels.
