Touro pieces are produced in limited runs. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the conditions below.

Applicability

By ordering from tourostudio.com, you agree to this policy as updated at the time of purchase.

Return Window

Returns/exchanges for eligible items within 3 days (72 hours) from delivery as marked by our courier.

Sale Items

Sale/discounted items are final sale. No returns/exchanges except for defects, damage or wrong item.

Eligible Reasons (Non-Sale)

  • Size doesn't fit
  • Wrong item/size received
  • Damaged/defective on arrival
  • Missing parts/accessories

No change-of-mind returns.

Product Condition

Must be unused, unwashed, tags/packaging intact, no stains/odours/damage. Fails QC? No refund/credit—may ship back at your cost.

Process

Email support@tourostudio.com with order ID, reason, photos. Free reverse pickup (2 attempts, India only). If fails, ship yourself.

QC + processing: 7-10 working days.

Exchanges

Subject to stock. If unavailable: alternative or store credit.

Refunds

Prepaid: Back to original payment (5-7 days post-QC).

COD: Store credit only (6 months valid, non-encashable).

Shipping/COD fees are non-refundable.

Defects (30 Days)

Report colour bleeding/print cracks/stitching issues within 30 days. Case-by-case: repair/replace/credit.

Cancellations

Full-price: before dispatch only. Sale items: no cancellations.
